Actual Plan |
Actual staff mix plans generated by the Branch Forecasting application display in this drop-down list. |
Budgeted Plan |
Budgeted staff mix plans generated by the Branch Forecasting application display in this drop-down list. |
Workgroup |
Workgroups defined in the Branch Forecasting application display in this drop-down list. Workgroups allow you to group positions and employee types with a specific set of attributes, including minimum and maximum paid minutes, shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. start and end non-productive minutes, per shift cost, and hour of staffing and understaffing cost. |
Filter |
Existing filters display in the drop-down list. The Filter icon to the right of the field opens the Staff Mixes Filter dialog. This dialog allows you to create a new filter or modify an existing filter. A filter allows you to add constraints for the staff mix selection, including head count, percent head count, percent FTE, and head count compared to actual and budgeted. |
View |
This button populates the Staff Mix Selection widget Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations. on the right with matching data from the Branch Forecasting database. |
Set All |
This button automatically applies a staff mix goal to all of the branches. The system prompts you to confirm that you want to use the filter to automatically choose a target staff mix for all of the selected branches. |
