Managing rules

Rules define the types of requests users can submit, when they can submit requests (eligible dates), and which users can submit requests. Using validations, rules aggregate the definitions of how requests are managed. All of the configurations for the Request Anything application are managed by rules.

Request Anything is currently being rolled out to cloud customers. It may not be available in your site just yet.
