Performance Trend chart

Use Performance Trend in the Compare Performance workspaceon the Explore Performance page to view performance data for multiple employees or organizations and a single KPI or EDM as a set of colored line graphs indicating scoring, actual value, or goal trends over the defined time period.

If a KPI is selected, it is possible to select Actual Value or Peer Value. If an EDM is selected, the Actual Value or Peer Value selection is disabled. If there is no Peer Value for the employee or organization, the respective trend Feature in Speech and Text Analytics that helps users identify changes in customer communication with the contact center, understand any emerging tendencies, and pinpoint any significant events that may require close attention. line does not appear.
