Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance.

Employees access the KPI View workspace from My Performance.
Procedure

The KPI Trend Chart is the default view when you access the KPI View.
Click the KPI Trend Chart
control if it is not automatically displayed.

In the KPI Value drop-down list, select Peer Value.
