Staff Mix Selection

View, analyze, and automatically or manually apply staff mix goals to branches for reference during hiring, scheduling, and business strategy fulfillment.

Rows	Description
Branch Code: Branch Name	Displays the branches matching the Branch View selected in the Plan Parameters widget Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations..
radio buttons	Displays staff mix plans that best match the parameters defined in the Plan Parameters widget. You can select one staff mix plan per branch.

Columns	Description
(icon)	Indicates Target Staff Mix.
(icon)	Indicates recommendations that are closest to Actual Staff Mix.
(icon)	Indicates recommendations that are closest to Budgeted Staff Mix.
Head Count	Displays the Head Count for each employee category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions..
FTE	Displays the FTE for each employee category.
% Head Count	Displays the Full Time % Head Count, Part Time % Head Count, and Peak Time % Head Count based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.
% FTE	Displays the Full Time % FTE, Part Time % FTE, and Peak Time % FTE based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.
Average Weekly Work Hours	Displays the Average Weekly Work Hours based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.
Average Weekly Assigned Hours	Displays the Average Weekly Assigned Hours based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.
% Over/Under Work Hours	Displays the % Over/Under Work Hours based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.
Cost	Displays the Cost based on the selected Branch, Staff Mix Plan, Workgroup, and any applicable filter constraints for the staff mix.

Additional Actions

The plus sign to the right of the Staff Mix Selection widget allows you to Reset Workspace to its original state in order to reselect plan parameters and apply staff mix goals.
