Fixed constraints

Specific parameters set limits the scheduling engine cannot violate. All schedules must meet all of these constraints.

They are of equal priority:

Minimum consecutive days for a shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length.: Minimum number of days a shift is assigned to an employee with a work pattern Set of shifts in WFM (usually a weekly set of shifts) that are assigned to employees. Minimum time between shift assignments: Minimum number of hours an employee is given between shift assignments.
Maximum consecutive working days to schedule: Maximum number of days in a row an employee is scheduled to work.
Consistency rules: Consistent start times and shift events are assigned to all employees with a work pattern.
Hours of Operation: All shift start and finish times must occur during the organization or campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads.’s hours of operation.
