For quick reference, you can display a legend of the activities used in the current scheduling period.

Select campaign data for schedules

Select Legend.
A list of activities used in the current scheduling period and their color representations are displayed. The colors of the activities are defined in the Work Administration module.

To add an activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. to the legend, add an event or shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. with a different activity.
