Managing pools
Pools allow administrators to control how many employees can be scheduled for specific activities, such as breaks, shifts, or calendar events—during defined time intervals. Each pool is linked to one or more activities and can be associated with employees from one or more organizations.
Pools serve as a shared resource across organizations, and activities. When employees create requests, the system finds associated pools for the requested employees and activities and deducts from the connected pool(s) to ensure scheduling limits are respected.
