Managing pool allocations

The pool allocations page allows admins to configure the number of employees who can have the activities connected to the pool scheduled for each interval.

This page also provides information about the number of scheduled events, pending requests, shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. published status, and available allocation for each interval of time so that you do not have to calculate it from calendar.

You can edit allocations only if you have the required Configure pool allocation privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access..

Additionally, a pool can be edited only if the admin has permission to view all organizations connected to the pool.
