Edit allocations

You can edit the allocations of an existing pool if you have “View Pools” and “Configure Pool Allocations Feature in WFM used to manage the forecast and distribution of work across distributed queues.” privileges.

If you do not have the edit privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. or cannot view all organizations, skills, or employee types connected to the pool, you cannot edit the pool.

Procedure 

1. To edit allocations, select the unit and edit the allocation value.

2. Save the allocation changes. If you want to add comments for all the intervals you made changes, you can use the split button to select the Save with comment option.

   These comments can be viewed when you hover over the intervals in the Pool allocations page.
