Competency calculation formulas

Based on the competency calculation sources you choose, lessons and KPIs scores are used to compute the overall acquired competency. This formula is used to calculate the overall score:

Overall % score =

[(Lesson Score*Weight) + (Eval Score*Weight) + (KPI Score*Weight)] / (Lesson Weight + Eval Weight + KPI Weight)

Note that if there is no data (no attempts) for a particular calculation source during the number of days configured for the calculation, then the formula should exclude the related lesson, form or KPI.

For example, if in the last 5 days, there were no evaluations imported from Quality Monitoring, only lesson and KPI data, then the calculation formula used would be:
