Automated Verification
If your license includes Automated Verification - Capture Verification, use organization alert rules to set up Email or Desktop Messaging Application that allows sending pop-up messages to employees by selecting the recipients' name, login or role within the organization. notifications for Recording Policy, Services, or Voice Quality. If your license includes Automated Verification - Audio Quality Statistics, you can only configure organization alert rules for Voice Quality.
The Recording Policy rule triggers an alert if a Recording Policy KPI fails to meet the specified percentage volume over the defined time period.
