System alert rule types
The following system alert rule types are available:
Adapter notification
An alert is sent to a specific user or email address when any of the adapters fails. Adapter alerts take one of two forms Tool used in the Interaction and Analytics application to evaluate employee performance, and to assess the interactions from the customer’s perspective.:

If Adapter fails for data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. Y

If Adapter fails for any data source
Notifications include identification of the adapters that failed, and the time they failed.
Analytics Notifications (System)
An alert is sent when a rule triggers for any of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework engines.
This rule is identical to the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework Analytics Notifications (Organization) rule, except the system alert does not include the employee name in the Call Details section.
Biometrics Notifications (System)
An alert is sent when a rule for the Voice Biometrics Engine has been triggered.
This rule is identical to Biometrics Notifications (Organization) rule, except the system alert does not include the employee name in the Call Details section.
Integration Server Time Collection
An alert is sent when an ACD link goes down. Integration Server Time Collection alert rules take one of two forms:

If the link is down for more than X minutes for data source Y: If the connection to the ACD is down (continuously) for data source Y for more than X minutes, an alert is sent.

If the link is down for more than X minutes for any data source: If the connection to the ACD is down (continuously) for any data source for more than X minutes, an alert is sent.
The notification includes identification of the data sources that are down and the time they went down.
ETL Rule
An alert is sent about the results for an ETL run (shown if you are licensed for Desktop and Process Analytics and Customer Feedback Product in the system that provides a highly reliable, scalable and flexible voice and Web/email system for conducting intelligent and dynamic postcall and post contact surveys.). There are three types of alerts that can be generated for ETL runs:

ETL started

ETL completed without error

ETL completed with error
Real Time Speech Notifications (No Agent)
Use this rule to alert IT personnel, for example, when detecting a power outage through Real-Time speech detection Function of the IAFD product that compares a caller’s voice to one or more voiceprints in a watch list to detect if a target is participating in a call..
The Real Time Speech Notifications feature detects when specific words or phrases are spoken in calls that are being recorded.
This rule is identical to the Real Time Speech Notifications (Organization) rule, except the system alert:

Cannot be sent to the employee.

Does not include the name of the employee on the call.
