Integration Server packages

The integration server, once installed, includes all available integration packages. While all available integration packages are listed, only those for which your organization purchased a license can be configured for your system.

Each integration package contains a set of integration components that are designed to do a specific integration task, including retrieving and manipulating the specified data from the data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs.. Integration components can be either predefined (come as part of the package) or user specified.

Integration package components include the adapters, interfaces, and timers that are configured for your system.
