Set up Mapbox

To use the Performance Map feature and map KPIs by location, you must activate your subscription to the third-party mapping service, Mapbox.

If Mapbox is not set up correctly or not set up, an error message directs users to their administrator.

Procedure 

1. Get an activation code from the map service:

   1. Go to mapbox.com.

   2. Create an account.

   3. Note the activation code that Mapbox provides.

2. In WFO, go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager.. Under General Settings, select General.

3. Scroll down to the Map Service section.

   The map agreement text pre-populated with the client name.

4. Select the subscription agreement check box.

5. In the text box, enter the activation code (API access token) provided by Mapbox.

6. Click Save.
