Restore the Existing WebLogic Admin Account User Name or Password
If you cannot complete the WebLogic Admin Account user name or password change procedure successfully, you can restore (or rollback) the system to the existing WebLogic Admin Account user name or password.
Procedure

On the application server, stop the WFO_ProductionDomain_ProductionServer Windows service.

On the application server, restore the files that you backed up before beginning the account user name or password change procedure.
Copy the following backed up files over the existing ones on the application server:

%VERINT_WEBLOGIC_DOMAIN_HOME%servers\ProductionServer\security\boot.properties

%VERINT_WEBLOGIC_DOMAIN_HOME%servers\ProductionServer\data\ldap

Complete this step if you attempted to change only the WebLogic Admin Account password. Otherwise, skip this step.
In Active Directory One of the main user authentication methods supported in the system, allowing customers to leverage Windows Authentication as the authentication mechanism in the system., reset the WebLogic Admin Account password to its previous value.

On the application server, start the WFO_ProductionDomain_ProductionServer Windows service.
