Export employee information to a data file
If you have Export Employees privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access., you can export employee information to a data file stored on your hard drive. To update data for multiple employees, edit the file as needed. After the employee information is updated, import the employees back into the system.
Export limits
For performance efficiency, the maximum number of employees you can export at one time is 2500. This number is also the maximum number of employees displayed on one page.
