In Organization Management Module in WFO that allows administrators to set up different hierarchies to manage users from a single, unified, Web interface. > Groups Settings, once you assign members to a group, no groups can be created under this group. However in Organization Management > Organization Settings, this his constraint, is not enforced and in case an organization is added under the leaf organization, or the employee has moved to a non leaf organization, a warning message appears to warn that the Employee as group member of current organization setting will be removed (cleared).
Members can be assigned to multiple leaf groups on multiple branches , however, they can only be assigned to a single organization.
