Calculate time off accrual
Based on your role, you can find out how much time off an employee has accrued or you have accrued.
Procedure

Do one of the following:

If you are in a management role and want to check the time off for an employee, go to Tracking. Under Roster, select Time Summary.

If you are in a nonmanagement role and want to check your time off, go to My Home. Under My Schedule, select Summary.

Select the Time off accrual calculator.

Select a date to calculate accrual to.

Select a time off type.

Optional: Change the time zone.

To generate your time off accrual, select Calculate.

When finished, select Done.
