Work rules history and current settings
When you select next to the Start Date field under Hours, you can edit details related to the current work rules Rules in WFM that determine how employees are scheduled, and reflect both the needs of the organization and the individual employees. assignment.
The top portion shows the history of work rules assigned to the employee, according to time periods. On the bottom, you can edit the new settings for the current assignment.
