Keyboard shortcuts

Some applications also support keyboard shortcuts that are useful for all users, not specifically for users with impairments. To use these keyboard shortcuts, Accessibility Compliance Mode does not need to be turned on.

Player Application that displays recorded interaction data in audio waveform format, which is a color-coded display of the voice energy levels of the employee and customer. The Player also provides metadata about the interaction. keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcut	Description
Ctrl+M	Plays/pauses the recording
Ctrl+S	Stops the recording
F8	Mutes the volume (toggles between mute and volume)
Ctrl+D	Displays the screen recording in a new window
Ctrl+K	Displays the video recording in a new window
CTRL+ALT+S	Displays the share recording in a new window
F10	Increases the volume
F9	Decreases the volume
Ctrl+F	Skips forward five seconds in the recording
Ctrl+1	In a detached window, fits the video or screen recording to the size of the window, or to its actual size.
Ctrl+B	Skips back five seconds in the recording
PgUp/PgDn	Moves the volume control slider up/down. This keyboard shortcut is only available when Accessibility Compliance Mode is turned on under User Preferences.
Home	Returns the volume control slider to the lowest value. This keyboard shortcut is only available when Accessibility Compliance Mode is turned on under User Preferences.
