Reactivate an employee

You can reactivate an employee that was terminated at a previous time. Terminated employees include employees who left temporarily, such as for a prolonged leave of absence, and have now returned to the company.

Reactivating a user spares you the process of redefining the user. Reactivation also keeps all user statistics intact.

Before you begin 

Verify that the employee to reactivate was previously terminated.

Procedure 

  1. Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Employees, select Profiles.

  2. From the Name list, select the name of the employee to reactivate.

  3. In the Profilespage, under Administrative Details, remove the contents of the End Date field.
