Terminate an employee

To remove a user from user lists, but retain the user data, terminate the user. Terminated users are no longer visible on user lists. However, all definitions and statistics of terminated users remain available. You can search for, and view these users in reports and forms Tool used in the Interaction and Analytics application to evaluate employee performance, and to assess the interactions from the customer’s perspective..

Terminated users can be reactivated if needed.

After terminating an employee, you cannot update the employee profile of the employee.

Procedure 

  1. Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. . Under Employees, select Profiles.

  2. In the Name list, select the name of the employee to terminate.

  3. Select Terminate.

  4. To confirm termination, select OK when prompted. The current date is added as the end date to the employee’s profile.
