Primary shift start

Sorts by start time of the shift on the primary time records.

Primary shift end

Sorts by end time of the shift on the primary time records.

Adherence exception duration

Sorts by the total duration of unauthorized adherence exceptions within the selected zoom level.

For example, Week view is selected. John Smith has 1 hour of unauthorized adherence exceptions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of the selected week (3 hours in total). Kate Summer has 2 hours of unauthorized adherence exceptions on Monday of the selected week. If you select to sort by this attribute in ascending order, John is listed first, and then Kate.

Adherence percentage

Sorts by the percentage of employee adherence according to the selected zoom level.

For example, Day view is selected. John Smith has 87% adherence on the selected day. Kate Summer has 53% adherence on the selected day. If you select to sort by this attribute in ascending order, Kate is listed first, and then John.

Employees who do not have adherence due to no published schedules appear at the bottom of the sort list.

Rank

Sorts by employee rank, which is defined by the Rank parameter in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. module (under Employees, Profiles).

The system behavior related to Rank being updated in the middle of a scheduling period is currently being rolled out to cloud customers. It may not be available in your site just yet.

If the values for Rank are updated in the middle of a scheduling period:

  • When viewing the schedule in Day view from the day the Rank values were updated, the Rank values reflect the updated values.

  • When viewing the schedule in Week or Period view for the scheduling period, the Rank values reflect the first day of the scheduling period. Therefore, these values might not reflect the updated values for Rank.

For example:

  • A scheduling period spans September 26 - October 2

  • The Rank values are updated from 1 to 2 on September 29

The results are the following:

  • In Week view, the Rank value displays 1

  • In Period view, the Rank value displays 1

  • In Day view, from September 26 - 28, the Rank value displays 1

  • In Day view, from September 29 - October 2, the Rank value displays 2
