Set Net Staffing Thresholds at an Interval level

Net Staffing Thresholds can be set at both at Scheduling Period and interval level. Interval level allows thresholds to be set at a 15-minute, 1-hour, or 1-day time interval. The thresholds set impact the Net Staffing shortages and surplus shown in the My Schedule and Roster.

The choice on how to define the net staffing thresholds is made on the scheduling period in the Campaign Settings using Set Net Staffing Thresholds. This setting must be set to Intervals to allow you to define net staffing thresholds at an interval level for the scheduling period.

Procedure

  1. Go to Forecasting and Scheduling. Under Tactical Forecasts, select Goals & Requirements.

  2. From the filter pane on the left, select a Campaign, Scheduling period, and Queue.

  3. Select the day/week/period zoom level.

  4. Expand the details pane on the right and select the Thresholds tab.

  5. For Over and Under, select whether to define the threshold values as count values or as percentages.

  6. Enter new values in the Net Staffing Over or Net Staffing Under columns for each interval.

The intervals on the Thresholds tab depend on the period view selected.

  7. To apply the new staffing thresholds, select Save.
