The Roles and actions tab provide basic information about the roles, actions, and processing policy per activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. and role.

Process role |
For each action, you can select multiple roles for submitting and processing requests. For example, you can define that both the Manager and Supervisor roles can process employee requests for the Add action. To add more role definitions, select the plus (+) icon. To remove a role definition, select the X icon. |
