Send desktop or mobile messages to employees

With appropriate permissions and system configuration, you can send desktop or mobile messages to employees.

Procedure 

  1. At the upper right of your web application page, select Send Message, then select Desktop/Mobile Message.

  2. Provide the message type and destination information.

  3. Select the delivery template from the Messaging Delivery Template drop-down list. This selection sets the message priority.

  4. Click Send Message to send the alert message.

  5. Click Done if you want to close the form without sending the message.

    The form closes and you return to the web application.
