Enable the TCP/IP service

Enable the Windows TCP/IP services from the Windows Control Panel on each application server in the application server cluster.

Procedure 

1. On an application server, open the Windows Control Panel and select Programs and Features.

2. Select Next until you reach the Features section.

3. Select Simple TCP/IP Services so that a check mark appears for the setting.

4. Complete the Add Role and Features wizard to enable the TCP/IP Services on the application server.

5. Repeat this procedure on the other application servers in the cluster.
