Update User Principal Name (UPN) for Desktop Messaging Recipients
The employee profile is associated with their UPN in order for the employee to receive desktop messages and notifications. When users are moved to a new domain, update the UPN.
Procedure

Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Employees, select Profiles.

Set the User Principal Name to the new Desktop Messaging Application that allows sending pop-up messages to employees by selecting the recipients' name, login or role within the organization. user name. Use the format domain_user@<newdomainname>.com.
