My Bid Options columns for grouped bid options
When submitting multiple, grouped shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. bid requests for the Full Schedule Period auction, specific columns are displayed that describe the shift templates available for selection.

Group Name |
Name of the group, using the following syntax: <consecutive number of the group>_<days of the week with the working days of the group in bold font>. For example:

Description |
Description of the bid options in the group. If all bid options have the same description, that description appears in this column. If any of the bid options have a different description, the value, Multiple, appears in this column, indicating that the bid options have multiple descriptions. |
Group Preference |
Preference or priority value of all bid options in the group. This allows employees to set a preference for the entire group, as opposed to individual bid options. |
Bid Options Preference |
Displays the preference or priority value of the bid options in the group in read-only mode. Note the following:

Status |
Indicates the status of the preference for the shift bid group.
When the group has bid options with different statuses, all statuses are displayed, such as: Saved X/N, Pending X/N, and Denied X/N. |
Available |
Number of available bid options in the group. |
Submitted |
Number of bids submitted in the group by all employees in the auction. |
Bonus |
Bonus points awarded if the employee works the schedule defined by the group. If the number of bonus points is the same for all bid options, the system displays the number for the group, such as 5. If the number of bonus points is different for various bid options, the system displays a range (X-Y), such as 5-10. |
Paid Hours |
Total number of paid hours for the group. If the number of paid hours is the same for all bid options, the system displays the number for the group, such as 40.00. If the number of paid hours is different for various bid options, the system displays the range (X-Y), such as 36.00-38.50. |
Bid Rank |
In auctions that use scoring, you can see a bid rank in the format of x(x), where:
Example: 3(1) or 3–6 (2-5) When rank is the sort order, employees with the lowest number have the highest rank and the best chance of getting the shift they bid. NOTE: The Bid Rank column only appears if the Use Scoring parameter is selected under Request Management, Schedule Auctions, and Settings. |
Sunday, Monday...(all days in the auction) |
Starting with the current day, shows the shift start and ending times for each day. For the non-working days, the system displays the value: -. |
