Hide organizations without set constraints

To only view organizations with set constraints, you can select to hide all organizations that do not have set constraints. You can toggle between viewing all organizations, and only those organizations with set constraints.

Procedure

From the calendar, select Period view.
From Tools, select Constraints.

The Constraints pane appears on the bottom of the screen. If any other view is selected (Hours, Day or Week), a system message appears, prompting you to select Period view to set constraints.
From the Shift Collection menu, select the Shift Collection for which you want to view constraints.

When you select a Shift Collection, only the organizations associated with the selected Shift Collection appear on the left side.
To toggle between viewing all organizations, and only those organizations with set constraints, do one of the following:
- To only view organizations with set constraints, select the checkbox, Hide orgs without constraints.
- To view all organizations (with and without constraints), unselect this option.
