Collection Name

Defines the name of the shift collection.

Description

For example: Shifts that start after 10:00 PM and end no earlier than 12:00 AM.

Effective Date

Defines the date range for which shift constraints Feature in WFM that assists in limiting the number of shifts scheduled for each day for an organization during a specific date range for all of the shifts in a shift collection. can be defined for the collection in the calendar. You cannot define Shift Collections in the past.

The End date is optional. By default, this field is set to Never.

As long as the effective date range of the shift collection overlaps dates within a scheduling period, the shift collection is available from the calendar when the relevant scheduling period is selected.

Shifts

The Available Shifts include shifts that have been created for the selected organization. The Assigned Shifts include shifts defined for the shift collection (that have been selected from the Available Shifts).
