Request actions (WCAG)
When viewing the requests in the My Request list, you can take specific actions on each request.

Edit the request for Pending, Escalated, Waitlisted, and Tentatively Approved requests only. |

Withdraw a request that you submitted. If you select to withdraw a Pending request, the system withdraws it without manager approval. If you select to withdraw an Approved request, your manager can approve, reject, or cancel your withdrawal request. After you request to withdraw an Approved request, you can select to Cancel Withdrawal under Actions. |

Add the request to the waitlist for any Pending and Denied non-expired requests. This action is available if the activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. has a time-off pool with a waitlist, the logged-in user has the relevant privileges, and when creating a time-off request, the Add to Waitlist if not Approvable setting was not selected. When you select Add to Waitlist, the status of the request is Waitlist. A request remains on the waitlist until it is approved or denied. |

View a summary of the request, any alerts associated with the request, and a history of changes related to the request. |

|
Escalate a denied request (if configured by your administrator). After escalating the request, the status changes to Escalated. |

Access Additional Actions that are not displayed immediately, including the View detail action. |
